Wheel Duel is run by one person. Email reaches them directly — there is no ticket queue and no support bot in between.
Read and answered by the person who builds the site. Expect a reply within a couple of working days. Messages are read in full — there is no form that routes you into a knowledge base.
What to write about
- Something is broken. Tell me the page you were on, the browser and device, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot of the wheel in the state that went wrong is worth several paragraphs.
- A wheel you wish existed. If you keep pasting the same list in by hand, that list probably deserves a page. Say what you use it for.
- Something reads wrong. Corrections to anything factually off, badly worded, or unclear in another English are genuinely welcome.
- Advertising and partnerships. Ad slots on this site are sold through third-party networks; direct enquiries can come to the same address.
- Privacy questions. Including requests about data — see the privacy policy for what is and isn't collected.
What I can't help with
Your options, weights and spin history are stored in your own browser and never reach a server here, so a lost list cannot be recovered from this end. If you cleared your browser data or spun on a different device, that list is genuinely gone. Export to CSV from the share panel to keep a copy of one that matters.
I also can't referee a draw after the fact. The wheel picks before it animates and keeps no server-side record, so there is nothing on my side to audit — if a result needs to be provable to other people, spin it in front of them.
